About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on the client side to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in web development and demonstrate proficiency in Angular, React, and jQuery. A primary emphasis of this role is placed on unit testing and code coverage to ensure the reliability and quality of our software products. Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

• Work with design to create beautiful and intuitive client facing applications
• Balance reusability with bundle size to deliver performant solutions
• Collaborate with our product management and design teams to understand customer pain points, come up with solutions, and then prototype, iterate, and launch daily
• Build a product that our customers genuinely love

Here’s what we're looking for:

• 3-5+ years of client side experience
• Experience with Angular, React, jQuery
• Exposure to backend development - Spring boot a plus
• SQL and fundamentals of relational database design (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment
• Strong work ethic supported by solid time-management skills
• Passionate about creating memorable experiences for customers
• Interest in complex product development problems 
• Appreciation for a collaborative, test-driven environment
• Experience turning wireframes and mockups into elegantly executed code
• Well-structured, easily maintainable, well-documented code that balances beauty and pragmatism

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $135,000/yr to $161,000/yr in Scottsdale & most major metro locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
