Description
As a Salesforce Developer member of the Business Technology Salesforce team, you will be responsible for customising, developing and supporting solutions on the Lightning force.com platform. An excellent teammate, collaboration-oriented approach is essential.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for customising, developing and supporting solutions on the force.com platform. Provides production support of applications by solving issues, proposing solutions, develops, tests fixes, and migrates solution. Responsible for partnering with the business analyst and business team members to support Sales, Professional Services, Operations, Marketing, Tech Support, G&A and Partner Management.

 

Skills & Experience Requirement

  • 4+ years of professional IT/Engineering experience required with confirmed development and design experience.
  • 3+years’experiencein Lightning Force.com, Visualforce and the Apex programming language with emphasis on
  • Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud & Communities.
  • 4+ years’experienceinSalesforce.com configuration, customization including and not limited to workflows, data validations & triggers
  • 3+years’experiencein programming in AJAX, JavaScript
  • Experience in developing Lightning Web Components or Aura components desired
  • Excellent analysis skills & problem-solving skills and proficient in developing processes and methodologies
  • Detail-attentive individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Ability to follow an agile or iterative software development methodology
  • Must be highly motivated, a quick learner, to work independently or on a team and drive solutions with minimal direction
  • Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a “can-do” demeanour, excellent listening skills and effective delivery of technology solutions
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language
  • Solid understanding of project management principles
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and/or AppExchange/App cloud application integration. Experience of at least 1 End-to-End implementations of Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and data modelling including Salesforce.com SOQL, SOSL query language
  • Experience using the Force.com data loader, ETL tools and handling data migration assignments. Proficiency in Java, SOAP services.
  • Knowledge of MVC concepts, object-oriented methodologies and approaches
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience in working on enabling Lightning to an Organization preferred
  • Salesforce Developer Certification – Platform Developer 1 & App Builder / Salesforce Admin required.
