このポジションでは、クライアントサービスチームの一員として様々な業界のクライアントと専門家を適切に結びつけることに注力していただきます。 

クライアントのプロジェクト依頼に関連する業界をリサーチし、最適なコネクションを確保するため、優秀な専門家をネットワークにリクルートすることに重点を置いていただきます。専門家をリクルートし、クライアントと結びつけるというコアスキルを習得した後は、より複雑なプロジェクトやクライアントとのリレーションシップマネジメントに携わり、リサーチマネージャーやプロジェクトマネージャーとしてのキャリアを積んでいただきます。 

このポジションの候補者は 午後4時から午前12時（日本時間）の夜勤に従事します。

Overview: 

The Client Service team is the backbone of Guidepoint’s success. The team is responsible for efficiently delivering Guidepoint’s services to our clients around the world. We work to understand each client’s unique business questions and help them gain critical insights to stay informed and make better business decisions. 

As a Project Manager on the Client Service team, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts (consulting, corporates, hedge funds, institutional investors, private equity, investment banks, etc.) and overseeing a team of Associates to best match our clients with the right Advisors for their projects. Come work with us to deliver the best service in the industry and help our clients make some of the most important business decisions in today’s economy. 

The candidate for this position must be willing to work the night shift between 4 pm to 12 am JST.

• 業界動向、市場機会、新製品、新技術などに関する調査やデューデリジェンスを行う顧客からの依頼を、アソシエイトのチームと協力して遂行し、管理します。
• 各クライアントのプロジェクトに最適なアドバイザーを提供するため、候補アドバイザーのソーシング、リクルーティング、交流、スクリーニングに関するベストプラクティスについてアソシエイトにトレーニングを提供します。
• ビジネス開発チームと密接に連携し、クライアントのガイドポイントサービス利用を最適化します。
• チーム内の他のプロジェクトマネージャーと協力し、プロジェクトやワークショップの業界ガイダンスを提供します。

What You’ll Do: 

• Serve as the main point of contact responsible for the day-to-day relationship and service delivery for our clients
• Work with and manage a team of Associates to execute requests for clients who are conducting research and due diligence on industry trends, market opportunities, new products and technologies, and more 
• Provide training to Associates regarding best practices around prospective Advisor sourcing, recruiting, interaction, and screening to provide the best Advisor match for each client project
• Work closely with the Business Development teams to optimize your clients’ use of Guidepoint’s services
• Work with other Project Managers on the team to provide industry guidance for projects and workshops 

必要なスキル・経験: 

• 日本語（ネイティブレベル）および英語（ビジネスレベル） 
• ４年生大卒（成績優秀者） 
• 2年以上の顧客管理またはアカウント管理の経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント、またはピープルマネジメントの経験
• 市場調査、代理店、コンサルティング業界での勤務経験があれば尚可
• 知的好奇心と学習意欲が高い 
• 書面・口頭でのコミュニケーション力が共に長けている 
• 効率的な時間・組織管理力 
• 個人およびチームプレーヤーとして職務に貢献できる 
• テンポの速い起業家的環境下での勤務意欲と能力 

What You Have: 

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Native Level of Japanese and fluency in English
• 2+ years of experience client or account management experience
• Previous project management and/ or people management experience
• Experience working in market research, agency, or consulting industries is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

What We Have:  

Project Managers can earn up to ¥8,400,000 (for strong performance) over a twelve-month period. The compensation package consists of an annual base salary which includes a fixed overtime allowance, and variable compensation linked to individual performance.
