What You Will Do:

• Assist and manage the deployment of mobile applications and security settings to support Decennial operations via mobile devices (Apple).

• Help with Cloudflare on mobile devices, as well as configuring and deploying of devices (Intune, Apple Device, and Cloudflare/MS Defender.

What You Will Need:

• At Minimum Four (4) years proven experience as Mobile Support Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree Four (4) additional years of experience will be needed.

• Demonstrated hands on experience managing MDM ( Mobile Device Management) policies using Microsoft Intune.

• Demonstrated hands on experience deploying mobile applications using Microsoft Intune.

• Demonstrated hands on experience documenting and training customers and coworkers on MDM solutions.

• Expertise in application deployment and customizations using Intune.

• Expertise deploying solutions to Apple devices (Ipad/iphones).

• Experience deploying and managing security applications and settings on Apple devices to include Cloudflare, MS Defender, NIST 800-53.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience with NIST 800-53.

• Experience managing work in a federal government customer.

The annual salary range for this position is $100,200.00-$150,200.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
