What You Will Do:
Support analytical requirements for their assigned offices as well as cross-collaborate to execute a set of recommendations for improving the use of data in decision support, planning, operations, and reporting. The data scientist/engineer will provide support for Future System Design including, but not limited to, analyzing data and capacity models to inform leadership decisions as well as creating risk profiles, performing risk modeling for fraud or other analysis, and developing algorithm(s) to enhance passport adjudication. Also support the continued development of the RD Power Bi Dashboard and explore ways to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) - starting with integrating Q&A agent functionality and possible expansion to a larger LLM model.

What You Will Need:

•  An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Secret Federal or DoD security clearance

• Bachelors degree

• THREE (3) or more years of experience in data engineering or data analysis.

• Experience programming and data manipulation (Python preferred, R, SQL)

• Experience data modeling

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Knowledge of AI and ML

• Core Consulting Skills (Problem solving and critical thinking, communication and storytelling with data)
