What You'll Do

Program Ownership & Business Management

• Own the end-to-end P&L for assigned programs, driving revenue growth, profitability, and scalability.
• Develop growth strategies, business plans, forecasts, budgets, and execution roadmaps.
• Monitor program performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize business outcomes.
• Enable Sales and Marketing teams with effective positioning, messaging, and sales collateral.

Program Research & Launch

• Conduct market research to identify learner needs, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Conceptualize, validate, and launch new programs aligned with market demand.
• Define Ideal Customer Personas (ICPs) and collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market strategies.
• Continuously evaluate program-market fit and refine offerings based on insights.

Curriculum & Mentor Collaboration

• Partner with industry experts and mentors to design high-impact learning experiences.
• Develop engaging learning journeys that maximize learner outcomes and completion rates.
• Oversee curriculum development, content quality, and overall learning experience.
• Ensure program content remains relevant, practical, and aligned with industry needs.

Cross-Functional Execution

• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize targeting, campaigns, and GTM strategies.
• Partner with Design and Content teams to build compelling landing pages, marketing assets, and messaging.
• Work closely with Operations and Community teams to improve learner engagement and program delivery.
• Enable Sales teams through product training, positioning, and learner insights.
• Drive seamless execution across teams to ensure successful program launches and ongoing delivery.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Track key business metrics including revenue, profitability, learner engagement, retention, completion, and NPS.
• Prepare regular performance reports and business reviews for leadership.
• Identify risks proactively and implement corrective actions to improve program performance.
• Continuously optimize operational processes, learner experience, and business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

• 3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Program Operations, Business Operations, or related roles.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue, budgets, or P&L.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, and Content teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven business decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong execution skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems proactively.

Good-to-Have

• Experience in EdTech, AI, SaaS, Consumer Internet, or high-growth startup environments.
• Experience launching and scaling new products or programs.
• Familiarity with learner lifecycle management, curriculum design, or instructional design.
• Experience working with business intelligence, reporting, and analytics tools.
• Exposure to go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or growth initiatives.
