We need someone who can handle a steady volume of creative requests, across social, content, performance, and influencer teams - and grow alongside the business. This role gives you exposure to every area of design right from Day 1.

👩🏻💻 What you will do at work
Create social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Design ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns
Design thumbnails for videos, courses, and content
Support the social media and influencer teams with campaign visuals
Assist with landing page assets, email banners, and marketing collateral
Take clear briefs, iterate on feedback, and deliver on time
🎖️ You're a good fit for the role if you're
Have 1–2 years of design experience, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
Know your way around Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
Have a good eye for layout, typography, and colour
Can handle multiple tasks at once without losing quality
Take feedback well, communicate clearly, and enjoy working with different teams

You treat feedback as fuel, every 'can we try it differently' makes your work sharper, not softer
