Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced  Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, write efficient code, and ensure the scalability and reliability of our systems in a fast-paced, efficient and agile environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain robust software applications.

  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

  • Project Leadership: Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to our development processes and tools.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, development, and deployment processes.
     

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 6  years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
     

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in C# & JavaScript.

    • Experience with front-end frameworks (esp. Preact) and back-end technologies (.NET).

    • Strong understanding of database management systems (esp. SQL Server & MongoDB).

    • Experience with cloud services (esp. AWS).

    • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Docker).

    • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

    • Familiarity with Git source control (esp. github).

    • Familiarity with TDD.
