Typical Responsibilities

  • The goal is to lead various projects and come up with ways to do things better, more simply, and more efficiently.
  • Analyze new opportunities and weak points in the product based on data, and suggest resulting changes that push the platform/product toward simplicity and clarity.
  • Develop the product to ensure user satisfaction and meet business objectives, including creating roadmaps and business cases.
  • Define functionalities and new features. Seek new opportunities and inspiration from top players—how to scale the product, optimize it, which features to implement, etc.
  • Prioritize the best opportunities at any given moment and weigh their benefits against the required effort.

Requirements

  • Real experience with the role of Product Owner/Senior Product Manager or CPO from e-commerce, startups, or SaaS business.
  • Experience in product development from the perspective of customer data and web; a connection with marketing is also important.
  • Knowledge of KPIs, product metrics, and ownership of the conversion funnel. English at C1 level.
  • Attention to detail and systematization in task completion.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to see things through to completion.
  • Problem-solving skills, information retrieval, and the ability to cope with unexpected and crisis situations during development.
  • Focus on numbers and their added value within the product - testing, user data, focus groups, prototypes, etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different types of people, including assertiveness and consistency.
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and operate successfully in a high-performance work environment.
  • Experience with task management systems, Google Workspace, and advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Time flexibility - you will need to be available after 17:00.
