We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect to own, build, and scale our Salesforce ecosystem. This role blends deep technical expertise with leadership, requiring you to architect solutions, mentor engineers, and collaborate directly with business stakeholders. You’ll set the Salesforce strategy, drive development, and implement DevOps best practices, ensuring high performance and seamless integrations across the enterprise.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business strategy.
- Lead the design, automation, and optimization of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Define and implement Salesforce DevOps best practices, improving deployment and release processes.
- Ensure seamless integrations with external systems and enterprise platforms.
- Partner with Data, Marketing, and Product Engineering teams to manage data imports, build features for sales deal flows, and establish data standards and guidelines.
- Work directly with business stakeholders, translating needs into actionable Salesforce solutions.
- Mentor engineers and share knowledge, up-leveling the team regardless of their Salesforce familiarity. You’ll wear many hats, helping others grow through direct guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Drive observability and performance optimization, ensuring system reliability at scale.
Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, with deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
- Experience leading DevOps transformations and improving engineering workflows.
- Strong Hands-on Salesforce ability.
- A self-starter mindset, able to influence Salesforce strategy while delivering hands-on impact.
- Agile experience, working within Sprint/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage technical teams and business leaders alike.
- Experience in lending, mortgages, or real estate is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce observability and system monitoring.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, C#.
