About the Role
This role is focused on providing strategy, business, and product operations support for Maps Ops and the business functions within Cartography. The goal is to help manage the Cartography budget, supporting interdependencies between vendors and stakeholders, facilitating communication between stakeholders and monitoring progress, and supporting the development of strategy and other Maps Ops cross-pod programs.
What You Will Do

Cross-Pod Program Tracking: Support the development, progress tracking, and monitoring of Maps Ops cross-pod programs.

Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Facilitate structured communication and manage complex interdependencies across internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Strategic Analysis & Business Discovery: Perform business analysis and market intelligence to identify operational efficiencies and support strategy formulation.

Budget Monitoring & Financial Reporting: Lead budget planning support, monitor ongoing expenditures, and prepare periodic financial reports.

Procurement Operations: Drive the end-to-end Purchase Requisition (PR) to Goods Receipt (GR) lifecycle, including internal approval coordination and payment tracking.

Vendor Operations Management: Oversee vendor onboarding, coordinate regular operational review meetings, and serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day vendor issues.
What You Will Need
-
3–5 years of relevant work experience in Strategy & Partnerships, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Finance, Procurement or related business/program operations roles.

Education background in Economics, Accounting, Finance, and Business Development, or equivalent relevant experience.

Prior experience in Strategy & Partnerships, Business Development, and Corporate Strategy is highly preferred.

Analytical skills: Able to perform business analysis, market intelligence, and business discovery.

Financial tracking: Able to prepare periodic financial reports based on budget monitoring and tracking.

Interpersonal skills: Possess strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Industry background: Prior experience in the geospatial industry is a plus.

Language proficiency: Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
