About the Role
We are looking for a Mobility Service Manager to lead regional travel management, business visa and work permit operations, international travel insurance, and employee mobility programs across key markets (ID, SG, IN, CN). In this role, you will define and enforce travel governance, manage key vendor relationships, oversee annual budgets, and drive end-to-end process automation(). You will serve as the primary strategic and escalation point for mobility operations, ensuring operational compliance and seamless employee travel experiences
What You Will Do
- Governance & Policy Management: Oversee regional travel and mobility policies, procedures, and class/limit entitlements across ID, SG, IN, and CN while conducting regular deviation and compliance analyses
- Vendor & Contract Management: Lead vendor negotiation, performance management, strategic renewals, and cost optimization for airlines, hotels, travel agents, insurance brokers, and mobility partners, and must coordinate closely with procurement and FBP
- Budget & Financial Oversight: Direct annual mobility budget planning, variance reporting, spend analysis, and bi-weekly/monthly invoice reconciliations
- Operational Escalations: Serve as the senior escalation point for complex business travel, visa/immigration requirements, and international travel insurance claims
- Systems & Workflow Automation: Drive system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and automation across key mobility tools (e.g., Helios, Trip.Biz, Lark, and Coupa)
- Program Supervision: Guide and oversee specialized employee programs, including corporate childcare initiatives, parent talks, and vendor tenders.
What You Will Need
- Mobility & Travel Experience: 5+ years of experience leading corporate mobility, business travel management, or global travel operations across multi-country regions
- Vendor & Contract Negotiation: Proven track record in RFP management, contract negotiation, SLA monitoring, and vendor relationship management with airlines, hotels, and TMCs
- Immigration & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of regional business visa regulations, work permit embassy processes, and international travel insurance models
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrated experience managing corporate budgets, spend analytics, and invoice reconciliation processes
- Systems & Process Optimization: Hands-on experience working with travel management platforms, enterprise ERP/ticketing systems, and workflow automation tools
- Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills to align with executive leaders, finance, IT, HR/People Ops, and external partners.

The Mobility Services Team is responsible for delivering seamless, safe, and efficient corporate travel, visa, insurance, and mobility solutions across our international hubs (ID, SG, IN, CN). We solve complex logistics and travel governance challenges by pairing policy frameworks with automated, tech-driven workflows. Joining this team means directly shaping employee travel experiences, building efficient automation, and managing critical vendor and emergency response systems across the region.
