  • Analyze breakdowns, chronic failures, and production losses using SAP PM and KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, availability) to drive reliability improvements.

  • Apply advanced predictive diagnostics (vibration analysis, ultrasound, thermography, motor circuit analysis) on rotating and safety-critical equipment.

  • Define lubrication strategies, implement automatic lubrication systems, and standardize spare parts strategies based on asset criticality and lifecycle cost.

  • Participate in maintenance–production–quality coordination meetings, shutdowns/turnarounds and continuous improvement initiatives focused on OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and loss reduction.

What You’ll Bring

Basic Qualifications

  • VI/VII degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  • At least 5 years of experience in equipment reliability, maintenance engineering, or industrial manufacturing

  • Advanced English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques and reliability improvement methods
