Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- More than 5 years of Java development experience
- Advanced expertise of Java8+ and Java frameworks such as JakartaEE, Spring or Quarkus.
- Experience with front-end frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, or the like
- Strong understanding of REST API, SOAP Web Services and integration concepts like JSON, XML and message queues.
- Experience in designing and developing Microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD platforms (e.g. Jenkins/Hudson, Github actions, etc.)
- Had experience using Cloud, Container/Container Orchestration and AI
- Good to have experience in Python and messaging services such as Kafka, ActiveMQ and the like
- Familiarity with ETL processes
- Experience in enterprise grade software development, working with modern development technologies and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, TDD, DevOps).
- Exposed in multiple, diverse infrastructure, application, and processing environments.
- Understanding of Business Process Area supported - Continued growth in understanding company culture and business practices.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision & interact with user representatives on a regular basis.
- Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
- Ability to think out of the box and beyond your area of responsibility. Develop and showcase proof of concepts using new technologies.
- Able to coach and mentor junior associates.
