The Volex trading group is made of up the following products: interest rate swaps, volatility, and exotics with a primary focus on the major developed markets (JPY, AUD, Euro and US$ primarily). The trading desk is responsible for market-making derivatives on interest rates in various forms. The Volex trading group has a very broad range of responsibilities such as risk managing the existing portfolio and structuring trades to custom-fit the needs of our clients. The main customer base includes but is not limited to banks, insurance companies, money managers, hedge funds, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Trade execution and pricing for interest rate swaps, vol, and exotics trading business
• Market making for the firm’s clients 
• Risk management of the existing portfolio and new trades
• Coordinating with strategists, Sales and control functions in driving business initiatives e.g. improving in-house pricing models; assisting in large strategic transactions and engaging with clients

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in interest rate exotics or fx hybrid business
• Knowledge of managing risk, trade execution, pricing procedures and derivative models
• Deep and wide knowledge of interest rate exotics or fx hybrid business
