How will you fulfill your potential? 

• Assist with workstation lifecycle operations for both hardware and software
• Administer user accounts and access controls
• Manage and support endpoint management suites related to device management, application deployments, etc.
• Administer and support cloud and self-hosted applications
• Ensure security compliance by coordinating actions with the Tech Risk department
• Assist with documenting policies and procedures for both existing and new areas

 Basic Qualifications 

• Strong knowledge including administration and troubleshooting of Mac laptop hardware and macOS operating system
• Being resourceful with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve problems
• Experience with an enterprise level ticketing system to manage workload
• Endpoint management suite experience (e.g. Jamf, Ivanti, Kace, Intune)

Preferred Qualifications 

• Linux system administration and management
• Cloud application platform experience (AWS or similar)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience working in a heavily regulated or financial industry
