Job Description Summary :

Responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing Agentic AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, automate business workflows, and support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
 

Job Description :

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, copilots, and multi-agent systems for business automation and intelligent workflows.

• Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.

• Architect and implement end-to-end AI pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, model integration, and agent orchestration.

• Build and optimize agentic workflows using LLMs, RAG architectures, APIs, and orchestration frameworks.

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, ERP systems, databases, APIs, and internal applications.

• Develop reusable AI modules, automation frameworks, and prompt engineering standards to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.

• Conduct rapid prototyping, experimentation, and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for emerging AI technologies and business use cases.

• Monitor and continuously improve AI system performance, scalability, reliability, governance compliance, and operational effectiveness.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, market trends, and adoption strategies to identify high-impact business opportunities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors while contributing to AI governance, documentation, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements :

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• 1–5 years experience in AI engineering, software engineering, automation engineering, or related digital solution roles.

• Experience building AI/ML models, LLM-based applications, or automation workflows.

• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks, APIs, and modern AI tooling is preferred.

• Experience in start-up, innovation, or fast-paced project environments is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), Agentic AI frameworks, Prompt engineering, Workflow automation, API integration, Python programming, AI orchestration platforms, Vector databases & RAG architecture.

• Knowledge of AI & Cloud platforms, Enterprise system integration, AI governance, AI observability & monitoring, Data pipelines and automation architectures.

• Familiarity with Multi-agent systems, AI copilots, Intelligent document processing, Conversational AI, AI-enhanced operational workflows.
