Why This Role Matters
KwikAds is building an integrated advertising and growth ecosystem spanning managed services, content generation, and network intelligence through SaaS. As we scale, smooth operations are critical: merchants need to be integrated correctly, their questions answered quickly, billing handled accurately, and every process tracked and executed with discipline.
This role is the operational backbone of KwikAds. You’ll make sure integrations go live without friction, merchants get clear answers about the product, invoicing runs on time, and our processes keep getting sharper as we grow.
What You’ll Own
- Execute merchant integrations for KwikAds across managed services (agency), content generation, and network intelligence (SaaS), coordinating with Product and Tech teams to resolve issues and get merchants live.
- Act as the first point of contact for L1 and L2 queries on how the product works, its features, settings, and workflows, resolving them directly or escalating to the right team with clear context.
- Prepare and send invoices to merchants accurately and on time, and follow up on billing-related queries.
- Maintain and update operational trackers (onboarding status, integrations, invoicing, query logs) so data is always current and reliable.
- Drive process excellence by documenting SOPs, standardising workflows, and flagging gaps or bottlenecks before they become problems.
- Build a working understanding of KwikAds’ product and technology so you can explain it clearly to merchants and internal teams.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities at once, adapting as business needs evolve.
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, business operations, implementation, or a similar role.
- Some exposure to tech or SaaS products, comfortable understanding how integrations, configurations, and workflows function.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong command of trackers and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).
- Process-driven, with the discipline to follow defined processes and the initiative to improve them.
- A clear communicator who can explain product concepts simply to merchants and work smoothly with Product, Tech, and Finance teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where priorities can shift.
Bonus: experience in ad-tech, performance marketing, or digital advertising, though this is not mandatory.
