As an AI Automation Technician, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining workflows powered by the OpenClaw framework and other AI automation tools. You will play a pivotal role in transforming manual tasks into AI-driven autonomous systems, utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and browser automation to solve complex business challenges.
What You Will Deliver
- Automation Workflow Development: Design and script automation sequences using the OpenClaw framework to achieve cross-platform and cross-web task execution.
- AI Agent Integration: Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, DeepSeek, Qwen) into automation workflows to enhance decision-making and intelligent execution.
- System Optimization & Maintenance: Monitor execution status, troubleshoot OpenClaw scripts, optimize performance, and handle daily maintenance of automated tasks.
- Requirement Analysis & Design: Collaborate with Product Managers and business units to identify automatable scenarios and provide technically feasible solutions.
- Technical Documentation: Write and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and test reports for all automation processes.
- Tech Trend Tracking: Stay updated with the OpenClaw community and the broader AI automation ecosystem to implement the latest advancements into our systems.
Who You Are
- Technical Background: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; 1-3 years of experience in development or automation testing is preferred.
- Programming Proficiency: Expert in Python; familiar with asynchronous programming (Asyncio) and common automation libraries (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer).
- OpenClaw Expertise: Solid understanding of OpenClaw or similar AI Agent / Browser Automation frameworks; hands-on project experience is a major plus.
- AI & LLM Knowledge: Familiar with the principles of LLMs, skilled in Prompt Engineering, and experienced in calling mainstream AI APIs.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong logical analysis skills with the ability to independently resolve issues like dynamic loading, anti-bot measures, or environment compatibility.
- Bonus Points:
- Experience with RPA (e.g., UiPath, RPA.py).
- Familiarity with Docker deployment and cloud environment management.
- Active contributions to open-source communities or a strong portfolio on GitHub.
