Senior Manager, Procurement

Here’s a Taste of What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead Go1 global procurement function and maximize the efficiency of the company’s business spend
• Own the company’s global procurement policy. Maintain the policy and keep it up to the expansion of the company’s business. Create and review the training documents for the policy execution
• Drive the execution of the procurement policy across the globe, and process optimization for purchase order submissions and approvals
• Serve as a global point of contact for procurement processes, collaborating closely with key business partners (Sales & Marketing, R&D, BizTech, HR, Finance, Legal, etc.)
• Partner with Biz Tech team and finance operation team to support function teams to use the Tipalti system effectively and efficiently
• Initiate strategic sourcing, support business team to negotiate contracts, manage key supplier relationships, and improve the spend ROI
• Developing and updating dashboards with procurement trends and KPIs for management reporting. Partner with Strategic Finance team and provide periodic status updates to leadership team, highlighting the key spend/vendor activities, actual vs budget analysis, RoI analysis, etc.
• Manages vendor relationship and vendor data
• Support finance AP team on invoice approval and payments processes
• Support Finance team to perform the monthly expenses accrual

 We're excited about you if you have: 

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
• Over 10 years of experience in SaaS companies with global operations
• Experience in Procure to Pay/ Supply chain roles, supporting strategic sourcing initiatives and contract negotiation skills
• Experience implementing and/or using top procurement SaaS tools (Tipalti or Coupa Preferred), and knowledge on other key SaaS tools like Netsuite, Expensify, Jira service desk, etc.
• Excellent data analysis and process mapping, written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills and proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a fast moving, high growth environment with ability to react quickly to unexpected challenges and opportunities
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate complex subject matter to leadership, peers and other levels in the company 

At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $150,000 and $160,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for the employee bonus plan and employee stock options.
