Overview

We seek a Senior Manager to lead our Oracle Fusion ERP applications team. You will oversee Record-to-Report (RTR) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) tracks globally. Your role covers operations support, enhancements, migrations, and major digital transformations. You will manage internal teams, lead system rollouts, and drive high-impact strategic projects.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

Project & Rollout Management 

• Manage global Fusion rollouts. 

• Standardize core business processes worldwide. 

• Govern project timelines, risks, and scopes. 

• Coordinate system integrators and third-party vendors. 

• Ensure seamless hypercare support post-deployment. 

Production Support & Enhancements 

• Oversee Tier 2/3 operations support. 

• Meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 

• Manage quarterly Oracle release update cycles. 

• Prioritize complex custom enhancement pipelines. 

• Ensure high application availability and performance. 

Strategic Leadership & Transformations 

• Align ERP capabilities with business goals. 

• Direct complex cloud migration strategies. 

• Lead cross-functional implementation teams. 

Team & Stakeholder Management 

• Lead distributed, multi-national technical teams. 

• Mentor junior analysts and track leads. 

• Manage stakeholder communications. 

• Foster a culture of continuous learning. 

• Conduct regular team performance reviews. 

Qualifications

Technical Expertise 

• Deep Oracle Fusion ERP functional knowledge. 

• Expertise in Record-to-Report (RTR) modules. 

• Ledgers, Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany. 

• Expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) modules. 

• Order Management, Receivables, Pricing, Oracle Subscription Management. 

• Experience with FBDI, BIP, and OTBI. 

Professional Experience 

• 12+ years in Oracle ERP ecosystems. 

• 5+ years leading Oracle Fusion Cloud. 

• Managed 2+ full-lifecycle global rollouts. 

• Led large-scale legacy-to-Cloud data migrations. 

• Proven team management experience (10+ members). 

Education & Certifications 

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Finance.
