This Sr Data Scientist role leads the development and deployment of predictive, prescriptive, and statistical models that support marketing effectiveness and claims optimization for GM Protection. You will analyze complex datasets and apply advanced AI/ML methods—including forecasting, optimization, NLP, and LLMs—to deliver actionable insights and improve portfolio performance. The position collaborates with cross‑functional teams to translate analytical findings into business strategies, while serving as a subject matter expert in quantitative methods and modern data tools. Responsibilities also include mentoring junior data scientists, conducting research projects, and communicating results and recommendations to leadership.
