Lead and coach Agile teams in the adoption of Scrum and Agile best practices, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment that delivers business value. This role facilitates Scrum ceremonies, removes impediments, supports Product Owners in backlog management, and empowers teams to become self-organized while driving continuous improvement across the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a servant leader with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and Agile delivery tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Success in this role requires exceptional coaching, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide teams through change, improve Agile maturity, and support delivery of high-quality products.
