As a Business Automation Product Owner, you'll connect business teams with the technical teams who build automation and AI solutions. You'll lead discovery sessions with business partners, gather and document requirements, and turn them into product plans, roadmaps and user stories.

You'll own the backlog and decide what the team works on first, based on business value, risk and effort. You'll take each solution from idea through discovery, design and delivery, then track whether it delivers the expected results. Throughout, you'll keep business leaders informed, set clear expectations and help their teams adopt the new solution.

This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, communicates clearly and likes turning business needs into well-defined work for technical teams. You'll use tools such as Azure DevOps, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio, and you'll work with business and technology teams across GM Financial.
