The Oracle Application Development Manager should have a passion for building high quality enterprise grade applications and at the same time motivates the team to follow the path. He/she should be an expert in problem solving skills ready to take on very complex assignments and come up with world-class solutions. In addition, he/she will work with senior leaders to execute against the technical roadmap to deliver high quality projects and build technical excellence within the team.
