The Lead Software Engineer combines deep technical expertise with engineering leadership to drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions and foster the growth of development teams. This role contributes directly to architecture, software development, automation, and engineering best practices while partnering with architects, product owners, and Agile teams to deliver scalable, business-focused solutions. As a leader and mentor, the Lead Software Engineer coaches engineers, promotes modern development practices, and helps teams improve performance, collaboration, and technical excellence across the organization.
