The Compliance Reporting Data Analyst II is responsible for the development, maintenance, and governance of Compliance reporting products. Reporting to the Manager, Global Compliance Reporting and Analytics, this role partners with Compliance stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights through operational dashboards, executive reporting, and data-driven analysis. The position also assists with the preparation of ad-hoc reports to support periodic audit and regulatory exam requests. The position also supports data governance by ensuring the integrity, quality, and usability of databases, data models, data mappings, reporting repositories, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems utilized for Compliance reporting purposes. Additionally, the role helps drive reporting automation, process improvement, data quality controls, and reporting governance to ensure reporting outputs are accurate, auditable, and aligned with business objectives.
