Job Description

The role primarily involved in managing vulnerability related requests to ensure issues are remediated within proper timelines. It also includes Globe wide asset management and visibility. Automation on process and asset inventory will be developed with the help of the Infrastructure Administration and Development Team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform comprehensive vulnerability assessments and continuous monitoring across the organization.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of vulnerabilities from discovery, triage, advising, remediation, and validation.

• Work with various different business units to perform vulnerability assessments on systems or applications before go-live rollouts.

• Ability to prioritize impactful vulnerabilities and reduce noise often associated with vulnerability tools.

• Maintains accurate configuration management records of program data, software/hardware baselines, deployment sites and configurations, requirements, deliverables.

• Coordinate with various technical support groups and platform owners to build an inventory for vulnerability assessment.

• Reports on security patches, exploits, and vulnerabilities, recommend and track the application of fixes, patches, and security updates.

• Comprehensive testing process, identifying weakness, vulnerability and proposing/implementing countermeasures.

KPIs:

• Ticket creation and closure of vulnerability assessment requests.

• Asset Management, Monitoring and Visibility
