Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative iOS Mobile Development Manager to lead our mobile engineering team. This role combines technical expertise with managerial responsibilities to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality iOS and cross-platform applications. You will ensure the alignment of technical execution with business objectives while mentoring a team of developers and fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking culture.

• Architect, develop, and maintain cutting-edge iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Lead the implementation of modern frameworks, including Combine, Swift Concurrency (Async/Await), Core Data, and UIKit/SwiftUI.
• Provide guidance on cross-platform development using React Native and Flutter when applicable.
• Establish and oversee CI/CD pipelines using tools like Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise to ensure seamless builds, testing, and deployments.
• Drive the adoption of best practices for code quality, including Unit Testing, UI Testing (XCTest, XCUITest), and Contract Testing.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of iOS developers, fostering skill development and career progression.
• Set clear goals, provide constructive feedback, and evaluate team performance.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to create exceptional user experiences and deliver high-performance applications.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and developers, ensuring technical feasibility and timely delivery of features.

• Stay abreast of the latest iOS and hybrid development trends and emerging technologies.
• Provide strategic input on platform evolution and scalability.
• Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices to maintain a scalable and maintainable codebase.

• 5+ years of experience in iOS development, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or people management role.
• Proven hands-on expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, and UIKit.
• Strong knowledge of cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• In-depth understanding of app architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, VIPER).
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices, including automated build and deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and state management frameworks (e.g., Redux, Riverpod).
• Experience with App Store deployment and App Store Connect workflows.

• Experience with iOS testing frameworks (XCTest, XCUITest) and Contract Testing.
• Familiarity with tools like Firebase, Push Notifications, and in-app purchases.
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and performance testing for mobile apps.
• Exposure to Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) is a plus.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and quality.

• Familiarity with performance optimization tools and techniques.
• A passion for creating inclusive and accessible mobile applications.
