Key Responsibilities:
- Design and verify ultra-high-speed AMS circuits for next generation Optical Engines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and review block-level specifications.
- Perform transistor level simulations, design optimization, and modeling.
- Evaluate, measure, and debug silicon prototypes through characterization until high volume production.
- Contribute to design reviews, documentation, and methodology improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ Years of Experience
- Proven track record delivering AMS blocks for production silicon.
- Expertise in high‑speed circuits design, noise analysis, and signal integrity.
- Experience guiding layout and parasitic‑aware verification.
- Silicon evaluation, measurement, and debugging experience.
- Hands‑on BiCMOS experience and/or FinFET exposure is a plus.
- TIAs, PAs & Drivers design experience is a plus.
