About the role
We are looking for a collaborative, self-driven .NET Developer to play a key role in a cross-functional team responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining the PHS product line. You’ll work closely with your team to address both current and future technical needs during the planning and design phases. As an integral part of the team, you’ll help deliver high-quality solutions that align with customer requirements, ensuring that feedback is used to inform ongoing product development and improvements.
In this role, you’ll take on full end-to-end responsibilities for product delivery, collaborating with colleagues to uphold the highest quality standards. You’ll also work together with the team to ensure smooth delivery, seamless integration, and continuous product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, enhance, and deliver improvements to the PHS product suite;
- Proactively maintain the PHS product lines by using diagnostic skills to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development process;
- Gain a deep understanding of the PHS product suite, its technologies, and frameworks, ensuring effective product development driven by emerging technology trends and customer feedback;
- Promote a collaborative environment by supporting colleagues, encouraging knowledge-sharing, and contributing to problem-solving, fostering a culture of continuous improvement;
- Contribute to both the development of new products and the ongoing maintenance of existing products within the company platform;
- Design, build, and improve automated testing solutions to enable continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of applications;
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code, along with related languages, frameworks, and technologies;
- Ensure the highest standards of application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
About You
We’re looking for a team player who’s a natural collaborator, self-starter, and brand ambassador. Someone who embodies our values and thrives in a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
You will bring:
- At least 3 years of commercial experience working with C# using the .NET Framework / .NET Core;
- Proven experience in applying development patterns like Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), MVC, and REST API architectural patterns;
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and related frameworks (e.g., Angular/JS, React);
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (2012+), with the ability to design, maintain, and troubleshoot databases and related processes;
- Familiarity with CI/CD lifecycle processes and strong experience with source control using Git.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment;
- Knowledge of Agile software development practices (e.g., Kanban, Scrum);
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) to drive organizational outcomes;
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern software development practices, including SOLID principles and Test-Driven Development (TDD);
- Experience working within an Agile environment;
- Strong organisational skills paired with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Salary & Location
- Depending on experienced the salary range for this role is $130, 000 - 150, 000 per annum + superannuation.
- The ideal candidate will be based in Melbourne and work remotely, with occasional in-person team events throughout the year. However, we are open to candidates from other locations, provided they are available and willing to travel when needed.
