Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities, solutions & their implementation in automated build, deployment, and monitoring and server infrastructure chain. 
• Consistently apply open technologies & instrumentation, not limited to Docker, Salt stack, Bash, Python, Git, Jenkins, Linux, HAProxy, AWS Cloud, ELK, Kafka.
• Ensure scalability & high availability with efficient server virtualization, networking and storage management.
• Build reliable automated solutions for the Infrastructure issues using Devops tools and technologies
• Manage large scale AWS Environments, Kubernetes container orchestration, Monitoring and fixing of the infrastructure issues.
• Create automations to resolve common faults in a system to resulting in reduced MTTR.
• Define & manage Service Level Objectives (SLO), Service level Indicators (SLI) and implement instrumentation (Prometheus/Grafana) and monitoring.
• Identify & enable self-service capabilities for infrastructure & application management tasks
• DevOps architecture review & decision making. The ability to not only code and configure open technologies & tools, but also integrate technologies across diverse platforms.
