Technical Lead / Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who can design, build, and enhance scalable, secure, and modern enterprise applications across the full technology stack.

The candidate should bring strong engineering fundamentals, cloud-native development experience, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications and services.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack solutions.
• Develop modern web applications, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to practical solution development.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Improve code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Develop cloud-native applications using AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Support containerized workloads on Kubernetes platforms.
• Contribute to automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Design enterprise integrations using REST APIs and event-driven architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system connectivity and reliable delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university, or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including enterprise-scale application development.
• Hands-on full-stack development experience across front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycle practices, with the ability to independently analyze, design, and deliver end-to-end technical solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework
• REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
• Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and JSON
• Modern single-page application development
• Enterprise solution architecture and distributed systems design
• Event-driven architecture, API-first design, and integration architecture
• PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, data modeling, and query performance tuning
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Bitbucket
• Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms
• Azure Kubernetes Service, App Services, Functions, API Management, Application Insights, and Azure Monitor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or customer-facing enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of asset management, entitlement management, subscription management, SaaS platforms, or order-to-cash processes.
• Experience with identity and access management, event streaming platforms, observability tools, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering practices.

• Hands-on full-stack engineer with strong coding and problem-solving skills.

• Able to simplify complex technical problems and deliver practical engineering solutions.

• Collaborates effectively with product, architecture, engineering, and support teams.
• Demonstrates curiosity, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
