Sr Technical Project Manager

As a Senior Technical Project Manager in GHX's Technology organization, your primary responsibility is to lead and deliver cross-functional technology projects. GHX develops B2B SaaS products that empower the healthcare supply chain, serving top hospital systems and suppliers as its core customers. 

In this role, you will collaborate with teams to establish clear milestones, ensure outcomes are measurable, and drive steady progress toward achieving project goals. You will also play a critical role in maintaining transparent communication with key stakeholders, including both executive and non-executive leaders, ensuring alignment and successful project execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead technical projects across product engineering teams, driving the creation, and maintenance of single source of truth project plan that identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones and required tasks, providing early visibility to schedules/milestones that are at risk and provides supportive analysis that impacts the use of resources.
• Interface with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, internal GHX teams, as well as consultants, government teams, and intermediary agencies.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams related to scoping, work breakdown, critical path analysis, resourcing, time estimates, project risks, and quality.
• Create summary artifacts to brief leadership on project status as requested.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve project blockers and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain and resolve key dependencies across teams including risks and issues log apply best practices to mitigate.
• Preferably seeking a candidate local to CO, if not local will need to be comfortable traveling up to 25% annually.
• Ability to contribute different thoughts, ideas and viewpoints that lead to greater innovation on projects and cross-functional collaborative efforts. 

Required Work Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a software product development company.
• Prior experience working with software engineering teams is a MUST. 
• Proficiency with presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva etc.
• Familiarity with software development and technical architectures.
• Exceptional communications skills, written and verbal, and ability to communicate with executive level stakeholders.
• Exceptional project management skills and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Estimated salary range: $122,900 - $163,800

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
