We are seeking a Software Engineer Team Leader to join our Engineering team. As a Software Engineer Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving the design, quality, and delivery of the systems your team owns.

 Responsibilities:

• Own the design, architecture, and delivery of core services and tools your team builds, from technical decisions to rollout.
• Lead your team in building secure, scalable systems - including authentication, authorization, and permissions services - used across the company.
• Set the technical bar for your team: code quality, testing, and delivery practices.
• Partner with other engineering teams to align on architecture and integration points.
• Mentor and grow engineers on your team, giving them room to take on more responsibility and develop.
• Run your systems end-to-end, including operational health and incident response.

You Have:

• Experience with .NET Core and modern software development practices.
• Experience with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Strong background in developing and managing microservices architectures and Event-Driven Development (EDD).
• Expertise in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
• Understanding of cloud architectures, particularly with AWS services.
• Experience with high scale components such as - authentication and authorization services, secrets management, permission models, and secure service-to-service communication.
• Experience running cross-company projects.
