We are looking for a Chargeback Analyst to join our Fraud and Payments team. In this role, you will become a domain expert in a growing team and a fast-changing environment. As a Chargeback Analyst, you will work with multiple payment providers and systems, analyze and respond to chargeback disputes, collaborate with different teams, and become a subject matter expert in chargeback and dispute handling and management. You will also play a key role in improving processes and driving operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze payment disputes across multiple payment providers
• Review and represent chargebacks and retrieval requests
• Build and maintain the operational chargeback data center
• Collaborate with Fraud, Customer Service, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to provide winning case responses
• Work on cross-team and cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency
• Create and optimize chargeback workflows and operational processes
• Monitor performance according to card scheme programs and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience with Excel – Must
• Proficiency in SQL – Advantage
• Experience in data analysis
• Experience working with AI tools– Advantage
• proven experience in chargebacks/payments industry
• High proficiency in English
• A team player who is organized, motivated, and capable of working independently when necessary
