Who we are looking for

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for complex systems, using AI as a day-to-day tool, with a strong focus on backend testing and modern automation practices.

This role combines hands‑on automation development with close collaboration with R&D teams in a fast‑changing environment.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests.
• Implement automation frameworks and test our complex systems using Python or Java
• Prompting using AI tools to optimize automation code in a fast-changing environment. 
• Integrate new features as well as convert manual tests via automation. 
• Work closely with developers, system architects, and QA teams.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and continuous quality improvement
• Adapt tests to evolving requirements and new technologies, including AI‑driven components

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing and test automation
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Python 3.x (pytest, Requests/HTTPX, SQL, basic ORM, multiprocessing/asyncio) or Java 18+ (OOP, TestNG, basic SQL & JDBC, gRPC, Maven)
• Experience working with Linux environments and scripting
• Familiarity with virtual environments (e.g., ESXi, Proxmox)
• Experience working with AI models or agents
• UI automation experience (Playwright or Selenium) – an advantage
• Networking knowledge \ CCNA – a strong advantage
• Fluence in English - a Must
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team
