We are seeking highly motivated Back End Developers to join our Talent Network. As a Back End Developer, you will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performing backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, to build and maintain reliable and robust systems that meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of back-end applications and databases.
- Collaborating with senior developers to implement server-side functionalities and APIs.
- Helping identify and troubleshoot back-end issues, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
- Contributing to the documentation of technical specifications and system architecture.
- Participating in code reviews that help guarantee a high quality of code at all times and learning from experienced team members.
- Staying updated with the latest trends and developments in back-end technologies.
- Working closely with the front-end team to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining backend systems.
- Experience working with back-end programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, Node.js, PHP, or Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
