For our Connectivity Partners: Create a comprehensive platform that streamlines and facilitates their integration process and provides a top-tier service supporting their expansion goals and processes. 

For internal teams: Develop robust centralized communication and innovative solutions to assist their projects, and educate global teams on API and partner relationships.

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager, focusing on integration projects within the Connectivity team. You will work closely with the Product, Engineering, Sales, and Supply teams and our connectivity providers.

You will:

• Manage the entire lifecycle of API integration projects, from initial analysis through scope definition and planning, to development and launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee the execution of multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards, while effectively managing resources and mitigating risks.
• Provide expert support to internal stakeholders, as well as suppliers and API partners, addressing Connectivity questions and handling requests escalated by Connectivity Support to ensure smooth integration and operation.
• Continuously monitor the technical performance of integrations, proactively identifying potential improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Assist in the creation and prioritization of the maintenance backlog, by systematically identifying critical issues, scheduling necessary updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive internal technical documentation and detailed instructions, ensuring they are up-to-date, easily accessible, and effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders to support seamless project execution and support.

Who you are

• You have proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in API integrations or a similar technical domain.
• You have a strong understanding of API technologies, web services, and marketplace integrations.
• You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop effective solutions for complex problems.
• You have strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
• You are able to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
• You have a customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
