WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant (CRM & Integrations), these will be some of the key activities in your day-to-day role:
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows and other standard platform capabilities.
- Translate functional and business requirements into technically viable Salesforce components, automations and integrations.
- Build and maintain clean, reusable and tested solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including unit testing, debugging and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, events, batch processes and data synchronization mechanisms, coordinating with integration, middleware and security teams.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Genesys when required, supporting customer service, routing and omnichannel experiences.
- Collaborate directly with business, CRM and Technology teams to understand processes, constraints and priorities and turn them into effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to data models, automation, security, roles, permissions and connections with platforms such as Databricks, Data Lake or Azure.
- Apply development and architecture best practices through code reviews, version control, technical documentation and change management, identifying technical risks and opportunities to improve maintainability.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are in search of a Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant (CRM & Integrations) to join our team in Madrid, Spain, with the following qualifications and background:
Professional Experience
- Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce development or CRM projects with a strong technical component.(Required)
- Hands-on development experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.(Required)
- Demonstrated experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Flows and unit tests.(Required)
- Experience developing or maintaining integrations through REST/SOAP APIs and data synchronization mechanisms.(Required)
- Experience understanding business processes and translating functional needs into concrete technical solutions.(Required)
- Experience with Genesys Cloud or equivalent Contact Center integrations.(Preferred)
- Experience working in international or multi-geography environments.(Preferred)

- Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, scratch orgs or deployment tools.
- Event-driven architectures, Platform Events and messaging.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I or equivalent certifications.
