Inviting applications for the role of Director of QA Automation & DevOps – Agentic AI!

In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. 

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps strategy and execution across engineering teams
• Drive CI/CD adoption to accelerate software delivery and improve quality
• QA Strategy & Processes: Develop and implement effective QA strategies and processes aligned with business objectives.
• Test Automation, CI-CD DevOps Integration, Performance and load testing, Security testing, Cloud and containerization, Test management and bug tracking AI/ML testing, Agentic Testing, Test strategy and planning
• Automation Tooling: Lead selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of automated testing frameworks.
• Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and develop QA and automation teams, fostering collaboration with development and product teams.
• DevOps Governance: Provide oversight ensuring DevOps practices align with quality standards.
• Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Establish KPIs to measure QA effectiveness and drive data-informed improvements.

Requirements

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Proven experience leading DevOps teams and cross-functional technical initiatives
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Worked in large product companies
• Experience in QA and automation and leadership
