We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.

OVERVIEW

In this role, you will configure and support Workday HCM and other HR systems, solve complex problems, and partner with business and technology teams to deliver sustainable solutions for our global workforce.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for HR systems and help ensure system health and sustainability.

  • Use Workday HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking expertise to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions, including business process configuration, calculated fields, integrations, and EIBs.

  • Consult with business partners to define functional requirements and translate data, configuration, and integration needs into recommendations and technical specifications.

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency through existing and new functionality.

  • Deliver prioritized initiatives through discovery, planning, implementation, testing, and stabilization.

  • Lead quality assurance activities, including test script creation, testing execution, and user acceptance for system solutions.

  • Develop technical documentation, communicate system and process changes to users with varying technical knowledge, and advocate for effective HR solutions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience supporting or delivering complex IT solutions.

  • Experience configuring, solutioning, and supporting Workday HCM.

  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, configure, and support data, processes, and technology.

  • Experience supporting stabilization and ongoing production support of technical solutions.

  • Ability to manage multiple activities, prioritize effectively, and work independently as well as collaboratively with global, cross-functional teams.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with technical and business partners at all levels.

  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, organization, and process-improvement skills, with sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Workday Absence and Time Tracking experience.

  • Experience working with contractors and third-party vendors to deliver quality project and enhancement outcomes.

  • Experience working in a global company and translating complex business analysis into actionable recommendations through implementation.

  • Ability to train, guide, and mentor others, combined with high learning agility and a passion for improving business systems and processes.
