  • Champion code quality through coding standards, peer reviews, testing practices, and maintainable design.
  • Take ownership of delivered solutions, ensuring quality, performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Mentor team members, share technical knowledge, and help strengthen engineering capability across the team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 9 to 11 years of experience in full stack software engineering.
  • Strong system-level knowledge for building end-to-end applications using the .NET technology stack, including C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and application programming interfaces.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript-based frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies.
  • Experience designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting scalable applications across multiple layers of the software stack.
  • Experience with database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server or NoSQL platforms.
  • Understanding of unit testing frameworks, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering delivery methods.
  • Strong understanding of agile ways of working, including task planning, sprint execution, and estimation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently on large or complex projects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience with low-code platforms.
