Purpose of the role
The Digital and Technology India, is seeking a D&T Manager, AIA Activation to join the AI and Automation team. The AIA Activation team serves as the bridge between identifying AI use cases to enabling value through business adoption. This role is a people-manager and player-coach role responsible for leading the AIA Activation team to execute prioritized AI and automation use cases, drive adoption, and support measurable business outcomes. The role partners closely with business stakeholders, D&T teams, and the global AIA activation team to shape Agentic AI activation plans, support business in curating agentic ai use case roadmap, rollout readiness, drive measurable value realization, and ensure AI solutions are adopted in a responsible, scalable, and business-led way.
Key Accountabilities
Coach, guide, and develop members of the AIA Activation team by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and strengthening team capabilities in AI activation, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence.
Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and D&T partners to identify, shape, and activate high-value Agentic AI use cases that address business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
Champion adoption of agentic AI, generative AI, and automation capabilities by helping teams understand where these tools can create value
and how to apply them effectively in business workflows.Work closely with the global AIA activation team and the broader Agentic AI office to align on priorities, share learnings, and ensure consistency in ways of working.
Contribute to development of best practices, playbooks, enablement assets, KPIs, and operating processes that strengthen activation capabilities across the Agentic AI office.
Partner across capabilities such as Data Architecture & Engineering, Guided Analytics, and enterprise digital teams to enable scalable, business-led, data-fueled, and tech-enabled solutions.
Monitor adoption, usage, performance, and user feedback for deployed capabilities, and help drive iterations that improve business impact and user experience over time.
Ensure activation work follows established responsible AI, governance, risk, and documentation practices in partnership with the relevant teams.
Foster a culture of experimentation, practical learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Must have skills and Qualifications
B.Tech/ BE / Bachelor in Science in a related field is required;
Overall industry experience: 10+ years preferred with total analytics experience required 5-6 Years
Minimum 2 years in AI, analytics, automation, digital product activation, data science, or related technical delivery roles, including experience leading projects.
Technical Skillset - AI / Automation Activation, Adoption & Change Management, Use Case Framing / Business Translation, KPI Tracking / Value Realization, Responsible AI / Security / Governance. Process Design / Workflow Mapping Visualization / Storytelling, Agile Delivery / Backlog Management, Data Intuition / Analytics Literacy and Cloud / Platform Literacy.
Domain Expertise -Strong understanding of AI and automation activation in at least one business or functional domain. Aware of adjacent data capabilities and knows when to engage experts from other domains.
Agile Processes - Creates stories and translates needs into executable work. Helps manage team backlog and delivery priorities and Supports creation and management of feature or activation roadmaps with manager guidance.
Innovation - Demonstrates learning agility and applies new ideas to improve work. Adopts and scales practical innovations that improve AI activation and business adoption and contributes to playbooks, standards, and ways of working across the activation community.
Experience activating AI, automation, analytics, or digital capabilities from pilot or proof of concept into business adoption.
Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders to define business problems, translate needs into delivery plans, and drive measurable outcomes.
Experience leading or coaching technical professionals, including work planning, feedback, and capability development.
Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to explain AI concepts, rollout implications, and recommendations to non- technical audiences.
Working knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, documentation expectations, and production monitoring disciplines.
Ability to operate effectively in an environment with global partners and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Major Area of Study: Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience with GenAI and LLM-enabled workflows
