Key Responsibilities
Learn and support third-party applications, internal reporting tools, business processes, and data architecture
Gather and document business and technical requirements; build, test, and maintain reports and data solutions
Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to identify insights, issues, and trends
Work within agile teams to define user stories, execute deliveries, resolve defects, and support production releases
Provide timely user support, perform root cause analysis, maintain documentation, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams
Qualifications
• Full-time graduation from an accredited university
• Minimum 6 years of overall experience, including 2+ years in a Data Analysis or Analytics role
• Proven ability to analyze, support, and enhance systems by partnering closely with technical and business teams
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements
• Hands-on experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating with third-party partners
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, identify trends, and resolve recurring issues
• Strong experience exploring and analyzing large datasets using SQL and Excel to understand data structures, patterns, and definitions
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL, including complex queries and data validation
• Strong understanding and practical application of Agile delivery methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive solutions and influence progress
• Self-managing, results-oriented, and capable of handling multiple initiatives through effective prioritization
• Experience with BigQuery (Google Cloud Platform) and ETL processes
