Position Overview: 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesforce Administrator/Developer with 2+ year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and enhancing our Salesforce platform especially Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly known as Community Cloud) to meet the evolving needs of the business. This role will involve maintaining the platform, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in customizing Salesforce through both declarative and programmatic solutions. This role offers opportunities for growth in Salesforce development, administration, and consulting, particularly in the area of Experience Cloud.

Qualifications: 

       ·     Minimum of 2 year of hands-on experience working with Salesforce in an administrative or development role.

  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud

  • Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party applications to streamline business processes.

  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, custom objects, reports, and dashboards.

·     Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript.

·     Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and CSS for customizations.

·     Experience using Salesforce declarative tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.

·     Understanding of Experience Cloud security settings, sharing rules, and user permissions.

  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce CMS or other content management tools.

  • Salesforce certifications - Administrator, Platform App Builder

  • Salesforce certifications - Experience Cloud Consultant a plus

  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, features, and best practices

  • Implement industry best practices for Salesforce development and design

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, people leadership is a nice to have
