Manager, Tech Solutions Product Owner

Primary Position Objective:

Under general direction, TRANSFORMS the product experience by driving innovative and sustainable product solutions to address the needs of our customers through technology. PROMOTES agile ways of working to create and deliver value add experiences for our customers.

Minimum Qualifications:
o 4+ years of experience preferable in Agile product management
o 6+ years of experience translating Features into Consumer or Associate facing products
o 4+ years of experience managing all aspects of a product feature throughout its lifecycle from concept to delivery
o 1+ years leading, mentoring, and coaching product managers
o Bachelor’s degree or military experience
o Agile certifications preferred (i.e. SAFe, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.Org, ICAgile, PMI-ACP)

Annual Salary

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
