Job Description

  • Must have solid experience with developing ASR (Automated Speech Recognition) in , Text To Speech and web services to interact with mainframe screen
  • Avaya Experience Portal development with Orchestration Designer
  • Experience with TN3270 systems used in conjunction with IVR systems
  • Experience with IVR speech recognition development
  • Design and develop call routing and voice self-service applications
  • Develop call flows and design specifications for speech applications
