We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to support our Project Management team at the Berlin location. Working hours can be scheduled flexibly and individually in mutual agreement.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Management team with operational and administrative daily tasks
• Compile and file various documents
• Assist with project management activities
• Maintain project plannings
• Supplement and revise documents and presentations
• Participate in reporting and the creation of statistics and analyses
• Support event organization, e.g., customer visits
• Maintain and analyze data in MS Excel, Smartsheet, SAP (desirable), and MS Project (desirable)

Your Profile:

• Studies in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• “Digital native” – proficient in tools such as MS Office, MS Excel (including PivotTables), Smartsheet, Power BI
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style with a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and excellent teamwork abilities, including in virtual teams, willing to learn
• Last but not least: very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
