We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Full Stack Development with around 10 years of hands-on expertise in building modern, scalable applications using Angular and Spring Boot. In this role, you will lead a team of full-stack developers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with product goals. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and cross‑functional partners to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. The role involves full‑stack development, performance optimization, and adherence to engineering best practices across SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, and secure coding. Experience in mobile app development (Android/iOS or hybrid frameworks) is a strong advantage. Exposure to GIS technologies such as ArcGIS, OpenLayers, or GeoServer is also beneficial. You will drive process improvement, promote reusability, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence to ensure predictable, high‑quality software delivery.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Technical Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 full‑stack developers, ensuring high performance and technical excellence.
Provide technical direction across frontend, backend, mobile apps, and GIS-related development (if applicable).
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive engineering best practices.
Ensure the team has clarity on goals, priorities, and product vision.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure smooth onboarding of new team members.
Full‑Stack & Backend Development
Architect, design, and build scalable applications using Angular and Spring Boot.
Develop high‑quality, secure, and reusable components across the frontend and backend.
Implement core data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization techniques.
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code aligned with organization standards.
Frontend Development (Angular)
Develop modern, responsive, user‑friendly web interfaces using Angular.
Ensure consistent UI/UX alignment with design teams.
Optimize Angular applications for performance, security, and scalability.
Backend Development (Spring Boot)
Design REST APIs, microservices, and backend logic using Spring Boot.
Ensure proper integration with databases, messaging systems, and internal/external APIs.
Apply best practices for caching, logging, error handling, and performance tuning.
Mobile App Development (Advantage)
Contribute to development of Android/iOS apps (native or hybrid like Flutter/React Native).
Integrate mobile apps with backend services and ensure seamless experience.
Support mobile release cycles, testing, and performance improvements.
GIS Development (Advantage/Good to have)
Contribute to geospatial application development using ArcGIS, OpenLayers, Leaflet, GeoServer, or similar tools.
Work with GIS SMEs for map integrations, spatial data processing, and geospatial workflows.
Agile Delivery & Execution
Collaborate with Product Owners to translate vision and requirements into user stories.
Plan sprints, prioritize backlog, and ensure on-time delivery with quality.
Drive Agile ceremonies like grooming, planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Continuously monitor progress, risks, and dependencies.
Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Work
Work closely with product management, architecture, QA, DevOps, and operations teams.
Ensure alignment across functions to deliver cohesive and predictable outcomes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Quality, Security & DevOps
Drive world‑class quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and security practices.
Ensure compliance with SDLC, secure coding guidelines, code coverage goals, and documentation standards.
Promote DevOps practices such as containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and automated deployments.
Process Improvement & Optimization
Identify inefficiencies, eliminate duplication, and drive engineering productivity improvements.
Promote reusability of components, frameworks, and tools.
Support continuous improvement efforts in Agile maturity, DevSecOps, and engineering excellence.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
Provide transparent updates on progress, risks, timelines, and team performance.
Align engineering execution with business goals, customer expectations, and strategic direction.
Education Qualification
For roles outside USA:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
For roles in USA:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum years of experience 9 years

Technical Expertise:
• Master’s Degree/ PHD in Computer Science
• Experience with Windows and Unix / Linux based programming
• Experience working on software projects in the Energy domain (Energy Management, Oil & Gas, Power & Water)
• Certified Scrum Master and/or Product Owner
Business Acumen:
• Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems
• Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
• Demonstrates awareness about competitors and industry trends
• Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices
Leadership:
• Ability to takes ownership of small and medium sized tasks and deliver while mentoring and helping team members
